By scanning the upper jaw with video technology, all the tiny curves and shapes of the teeth can be captured. This method allows us to produce a perfectly fitting mouthguard.
We do this using a 3D printer using selective laser sintering (SLS) technology.

This additive manufacturing process uses a unique material that meets all the requirements of a mouthguard in terms of strength, flexibility, health and ease of use.
