Leukostrip Dovetails - Adhesive strips

Suture strips, also called dovetails, prevent wound edges from "jumping" apart, which can cause an ugly scar. By sticking these narrow and excellent adhesive plasters tightly and across the wound, the wound remains well closed and can heal properly.

Made of 100% elastic polyamide that stretches when swelling occurs. However, the wound adhesive strips retain their elasticity and shape. Dovetails are used in the medical world as an aid for sutures (in or under the skin) and sutures with staples.
