Shipping costs depend on weight. Up to 10kg is €6.95, up to 30kg is €13.25.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days. We can only accept products in their original condition, clean and with packaging and tags.

Purchases made in the store will receive a voucher for the amount paid upon return.

We strive for the fastest delivery possible. We try to ship orders within 1 business day. If an item is unexpectedly out of stock, you will be notified by email or telephone.

The Tennis Centre and the supplier of the product do our utmost to deliver the best quality! However, it may happen that there is a manufacturing error in the product. The Tennis Centre, in cooperation with the supplier of the product, gives a 3-month* warranty on the articles delivered by them. The invoice date is the starting date.

When a defect in the product is not caused by one of the following reasons:

- Incorrect use
- No or poor maintenance
- Wear

If we have any doubts about a warranty issue, we will always contact the supplier of the product.
